Q. How do I submit a supplmental record?
A. To do a supplemental without having to retype everything, simply fill out the new record using the same control number of the original record. We will see both records here and update the initial record with the new information. Please place the words "supplemental information" in the problem description field to alleviate any confusion. Q. How do I submit photographs relating to a SDR?
A. If you have photographs that you feel better shows the SDR that you are submitting, please send an email to 9-AMC-SDR-ProgMgr@faa.gov with the photograph attached along with the Record ID number (Air Carrier) or date of submission and aircraft ID (General Aviation).
